We recently had installed three of your Pace Windows in our home. And while the windows have met all our expectations, I really want to let you know what a pleasure it was working with “everyone” at your company. From reception and showroom thru sales, installation, and customer service, everyone wanted to make sure that I was satisfied. They all were willing to go the extra mile for me, and they did.

Ken was not motivated by the sale, the installers took two trips to Home Depot for me, and the customer service followed up by reordering two screens for me so they would fit better.

Thank you for hiring and training good people, and thank them for putting the customer first. I will gladly recommend that other people take a trip to meet your staff first before they buy windows any place else. And of course the product is outstanding! Dear Sir:

A few days ago I stopped at your place of business and asked if I could get a custom screen made.  In the process I met four gentlemen who handled my request with great efficiency.  My order amounted to only $25.00 but I was treated the same as if the amount was $5,000. 

I think it is unusual to be treated in such a fashion in today's world.

It was your TV ads that helped me to choose Pace for replacing our two 6 ft. sliding glass doors, but it was your installation contractor, Charlie Gmeinweiser, who has me singing praises to your product and your service.

You are so very, very fortunate to have such an excellent person representing your company. We had windows installed from Pace on Monday 6/23/08.  The windows are beautiful and worth every penny.  The guys that installed them did a great job and I would like to note that you would never know anyone was in the house.  Everything was neat as a pin when they left.  I would recommend Pace to anyone.  Love the windows!

Last Monday (July 7, 2008) I had two large windows installed by Pace.  It was a father/son team, Jeff and Ben.  I cannot give these two individuals more praise.  They arrived exactly on time, introduced themselves, and were very courteous.  They spread drop cloths on all the areas they walked on.  They vacuumed my rugs, washed the windows, and generally cleaned up where they had worked.  When Jeff discovered that the one of the windows did not have the correct brackets, he returned to the office and came back with the correct hardware which he promptly installed.  Throughout the day, both Jeff and Ben demonstrated professionalism and competency at every level.  You should be very proud to have these gentlemen working on your team.

Dear Steve,

We recently replaced the last two remaining windows in our 51 year old home in Irondequoit.  Because these were picture windows with double hung windows on either side we left this replacement installation until the end, huge cost being the reason.  The other windows in our home are a collection from two manufactures-one very popular in the Rochester area and the other brand recommended by our siding contractor.

Without question, the quality and design of the Pace window far exceeds those already installed in our home as well as those I looked at while shopping for the right ones to use for our picture window replacements.

It's very comforting to know that Pace is a part of our community and even more comforting to know that our newest windows are guaranteed unconditionally for as long as I live in this house and for 10-years if the next owner should so choose.  Only problem being, I can't take my Pace windows with me if and when we move!

There are two other factors worth mentioning about our Pace experience-they being your salesman and installer.  Our salesman was very thorough during his sales presentation, explaining and showing all the super features of the Pace window while being very careful of the furnishings in our home when measuring.  His knowledge of how the job should be done was a very important factor as to why we chose Pace--others made no recommendations.  Our installer was one of a few select few--meaning that he is a craftsman in every respect.  He was careful, courteous, and explained everything about the installation and gave us a very detailed presentation on how to operate the windows when his work was complete.  When he was finished with the installation, he even washed the walls that were soiled during the installation.  He was so careful and particular that when he was done, one would never know that these very large windows had been replaced.

Thanks for a job well done and please thank our salesman and installer for me.  I look forward to touring the Pace manufacturing facility in the future.

I have previously used other window companies.  I know that you get what you pay for.  I am very comfortable buying from Pace because I know that the product is good, and the installation is equally as good.  It doesn't work to buy a good product only to have it poorly installed.  Pace knows what they are doing.

Last summer I had five new Pace windows installed in my very old house.  Patrick did a great job helping me order the right windows.  Kevin was invaluable in dealing with the City of Canandaigua Historic District issues that came up during the installation.  I loved the way the windows looked and operated - so easy to open and close!

I'm writing now because I have experienced WINTER with my new windows.  The windows were installed in two bedrooms and the bathroom.  The rooms are much more comfortable than they have every been in the ten years I have lived here.  The temperature fluctuates much less, even at night, and there are absolutely no drafts.

Your product is outstanding, and your sales and service staff are excellent.  I will most assuredly recommend Pace to anyone thinking of new windows.  Thanks for everything!

I purchased windows from your company over 3 years ago.  I installed your windows as I renovated my entire home with the Pace 930 series.  I am so impressed with the performance, looks, and the high quality craftsmanship that I am compelled to write this note to you.  I just wanted to let you know that over the past three years my utility bills have been cut almost in half from what they had been.  I attribute this solely to the  complete replacement of my 1970's era windows with Pace's product.  At one point in my career I piloted Hurricane Hunter aircraft for the government into hurricanes with an airplane built to withstand the rigors of hurricane force winds.  I must say that the quality of your windows offers the consumer the structural quality that I'm sure would withstand hurricane conditions on the ground.  Thank you for a superb product and good luck in your window manufacturing business!

Dear Mr. Abramson,

We would like to thank you very much for taking the time with us on our visit to your shop in Victor and showing us your factory.  We enjoyed meeting everyone and could not believe how friendly everyone was to us.
