After the contract is signed our Technical Measure Specialist will contact you within five to seven business days. At the completion of the final measure your windows will be ordered and placed into the manufacturing cycle. From the date of the final measure it will take approximately six to eight weeks before you are contacted to set up an installation date. Once your windows are ready to be installed our Installation department will work with you to determine a date that will accommodate your availability.

Each installation is custom tailored to the individual needs of the home. This is evaluated during the final measure and noted in the home owner’s project folder. When the job is scheduled the installation manager assesses the needs of the home and chooses an installer with the appropriate skill set. All Pace Window & Doors installers are factory trained to provide the highest quality of installation for all of our products.

At the completion of the installation our Installers will remove all debris associated with the replacement. They will then have you sign an installation completion form, which signifies your satisfactions with the purchase.Following the installation you will make your final payment to the installer. You may use check, cash or credit; if you have a credit card on file at Pace you may instruct us to charge the remaining balance to that card.
