At Pace Window and Door we sell products that offer a permanent solution to your replacement needs. All of our products are backed by comprehensive warranties that protect your investment. If during your ownership of Pace purchased products you should have any problems, then contact us immediately.
Please be prepared with the following information so that we may process your request quickly:

• Name and phone number
  
• The original signed and dated contract or name of first home owner
  
• Date of installation
  
• Original Warranty or Transferred Warranty
  
• The specific product issue

Once your issue has been processed we will expedite your service challenges. If there is an emergency situation due to weather or security concerns it will be evaluated at the time of the call and arrangements can be made for no additional service charge.
