1985 – Pace incorporates and begins manufacturing their mechanical line, selling to dealers and contractors.
1988 - Started welding division and moved portion of the business to Rush for more focus on commercial jobs.
1988 – Pace introduces patented Tilt in/Tilt out Window Assembly.
1989 – Robert Mehalso purchases Kessler and partners with Pace.
1989 – Pace introduces patented Window Screen Alarm.
1992 – Pace offers high end commercial window direct to the homeowner.
1993 – Pace drops mechanical line, moved to Victor facility and started focusing strictly on welded windows.
1995 – Pace opened their first satellite store in Liverpool, NY.
1996 – Pace introduces patented Ventilation Latch.
1997 – Pace introduces patented Micro-Organism Resistant Pile Weather-stripping called Aller-Guard®.
2001 – Pace opened their second satellite store in Cheektowaga, NY.
2004 – Moved Buffalo store to new location in Depew, NY, expanding their showroom to 6,000 square feet.
2005 – Completed renovation on Victor Showroom and celebrated 20th anniversary.
